The Second Installment is Amazing!

P90x2 brings it!

If you have done the first P90x you are probably very happy with your experience...

 P90x2 brings it again!

One of my favorite things about this series is they bring more variety than the first.
Tony Horton comes with many new fresh movements that many have not seen before, I know I haven't.

The first phase is exactly what I needed.

The first phase is the foundation phase, this is where you build many balance and stability movements.

When it comes to workouts that one would normally perform at the gym (such as bench/dumbbell chest press, squats, dead-lift, and even plyo movements) I would say I am pretty good at; when it comes to these foundation workouts these are what I need!

These movements that are worked on in the first phase are very tough for me to do because it's very new for me. This is super exciting! I love working on my weaknesses and this phase has my number.
On the first phase you will do a lot of core exercises, Yoga, balance movements, total body workouts, and a new Ab Ripper x2. As always, Tony tells you to do your best and forget the rest.

Do the YOGA!

The Yoga is very difficult to me, this is not at all like what I am used to doing.

Fortunately, I love doing what is hard and I love fresh new movements to strengthen my overall fitness. Do not skip the Yoga! 🙏🙏

The first time I did P90x, I skipped the Yoga, to my detriment. Since completing the first P90x I have done the Yoga and felt disappointed that I didn't use it when going through P90x the first time. After that experience I had actually looked forward to the Yoga Video when I decided to try P90x2.

Someone had once told me this: "you can only build as high up, as your foundation is dug down". I have since always had that in the back of my head. When I had watched the "Watch First" video, Tony explains how we will build our foundation and I got excited because I knew I could use it.

If you have not used P90x or P90x2 I think you should give it great consideration. Check out the Differences.

Whether you are already a physically fit person or a beginner there is something for everyone.

There is Tony and 3 more people during each video, each person is doing the same movement at a different level of difficulty. You can do hard moves or modified moves, which ever works best for you and Tony is funny and very encouraging. 😁

Good Luck to you!
Anthony DeLuna
