P90x2 Core workout

This is an awesome workout!


 One of the things Tony Horton talks about (if you watch the "Watch This First" DVD) is building up your foundation first.

The movements done on this workout where very foreign to me. I love to workout and go to the gym to pump iron, but this workout brought some challenges I am not at all used to.

I had an amazing time getting my butt kicked!

I thought I was in shape, or at least had good symmetrical strength. This workout pointed out almost every weakness I had to offer!

I was actually happy to find this weakness! 

I always like to take it to the next level so finding so much difficulty when I thought I was in shape was very thrilling for me.

One of the things I loved the most about this workout was Tony!

 You never feel bad about how you perform. 😭😭
 Tony always says "do your best and forget the rest" and I think that is the true reason for the success of P90x2 (Power 90 or P90x for that matter). Most people keep on returning to just do their best and over time they get in world class shape (thanks to Tony's words of encouragement).

I never felt like I was gonna die! As a former Marine Infantryman, I know what it's like to get smoked! This workout did not smoke me, but with the science behind it, I actually got more out of my time!
