P90x2 Base and Back


Imagine doing a full Plyo workout and a full Upper back pull up work out... Your dreams have come true!

This workout will have you smoked really quick! Two of the biggest muscle groups hit back to back (pun intended!)  😉😉😉


Imagine going back and forth between these two large muscle groups, you may get out of breathe just a little... 
😄

 I love hitting these groups back to back. Your cardio and strength will be pushed hard!




One of my favorite things to do is add a weight bearing belt for the pull ups.

 This allows me to take my workout to the next level, I do as many as I can then do as many as I can without the weight. Talk about getting some serious results!  
 If you loved Plyocide (which I know you did), you get another opportunity to carve out those leg muscles and add another level of athleticism to your fitness.

 Nothing will polish out those leg muscles like some crazy Plyo moves.



Putting these two muscle groups was also done in the first P90x, however it was different. It the first P90x, you did much different leg stuff, for example, you had weights. That workout will give you strength, but this one makes you into a cardio monster!

This workout is a must for any program. I know I will always keep this close for some good sculpting and athleticism.
