P90x2 Total Body
A great total body workout awaits!

This workout will give you a little bit of everything and you will feel it!
Two of my favorite workouts were Bicep Curl and Triceps Kickbacks while in Warrior 3. Just being in that position is hard enough, but adding a movement with weights is crazy. One will soon realize that they are not nearly as strong while in these balancing poses, but it's for the greater good!
The one arm Dumbbell Press on a Stability Ball was new for me. Usually at the gym I may do Dumbbell Press, sometimes alternating, but never with one arm and one weight. The movement is much more difficult without the other hand holding an equal sized weight, then add balancing on the Stability Ball!
The balance portion is a total game changer for most people who love physical fitness. It's one thing to do an exercise... Try doing the movements on one leg! 😅😅

Stabilizing muscles will get the attention they need. Those smaller balancing muscles are usually the ones that get overlooked and a huge contributor to fitness related injuries.
